This learning brief describes JET's school improvement approach used in the Centres of Excellence Programme in the Eastern Cape. The approach seeks to re-establish the basic functionality of the core components of schooling: teaching, learning, management, and parental support, and introduces the concept of the school monitoring dashboard.
