Mr Angamia has been appointed, he joined the JET board of directors in January 2024.
Zeyn Angamia completed his BCom Honours in 2000 at the University of Witwatersrand, before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sunninghill as a trainee. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 and completed his CFA qualification via the CFA Institute in the same year. Zeyn has also completed his PGDipTax from the University of Witwatersrand, his CIMA exams and the IFQ qualification in Islamic finance.
Zeyn has over 20 years of experience in private equity and venture capital investing and corporate finance advisory. Zeyn has served as a principal at two leading South African private equity funds and as the CEO at an SME investment holding company he co-founded.
Zeyn has for many years been involved at Sacred Heart College where he schooled and has been a Director of the Marist Schools Council since 2020 and represents the MSC on the Board of Governors of Sacred Heart College and the Three2Six Refugee Childrens Project.
Zeyn has served as a member of a number of private company boards in a range of sectors including construction, services, manufacturing and FMCG over his career.
