Azwindini Masia holds an advanced Diploma in Education Training and Development, a Masters Certificate in Training and Development, an Education, Training and Development practices qualification, as well as certifications in Facilitation, Assessor and Moderator, ECD and Quality Assurance.
She has previously worked for the Department of Education (DBE) on Integrated Quality Management Systems (IQMS0) and was promoted to Evaluations Deputy Director. Azwindini has also worked as a Curriculum Manager and was nominated to attend the Steven Covey's 7 habits of highly effective people conference. She has held various managerial roles as an educator, trainer and project manager. She brings to the AASA Education Programme her strong skillset project management and report writing.
