Phineas Mobayi is an academic and active participant in human development, his work history spans across the public service sector. Mobayi worked for 31 Years in the following different roles: Teacher, Principal, Acting District Director for Waterberg and Mopani West districts, Chief Education Specialist focusing on Learner Attainment Strategy, Curriculum Management and Expanded Public Works Program.
Mobayi's is currently in the Platinum Business Manager at JET Education Services (JET), previously, he was the JET Provincial Coordinator (Amandelbult_Sioc). Prior to joining JET, Mobayi worked at Perfomance Solutions Africa, Sekhukhune East as a SMT Coach. His qualifications include: Teacher's Certificate and Teachers' Diploma, Bachelor of Arts (UNISA), Bachelor of Education (Curriculum Theory & Curriculum Development) (UNISA), BA Honors in Labour Relations (RAU) and a Masters of Development (UL). His interests apart from work include reading, writing poetry, and beings an active participant in the Christian Men’s ministry.
