Pinky holds a National Diploma in Project Management and has over 8 years of experience in all aspects of operations, programme support and programme management. She has worked in national, regional and international networks in relation to development, education, media activism and human rights issues throughout the SADC region and is skilled in dealing with diverse communities. She has worked in a variety of non-profit organisations such as the South African Association of Youth Council (SAAYC), Gender and Media Southern Africa (GEMSA/Genderlinks), Action Aid and Freedom of Expression Institute (FXI). Her interaction with these organisations has seen her involved in projects dealing with youth development, learner assessments, teacher development, issues of gender and media, HIV and AIDS advocacy, freedom of expression lobbying and other social justice causes.
