Rachel has completed the course work component of her Research Psychology Master’s degree and is currently working on completing her thesis. She holds an Honours Degree in Psychology (cum laude).
Rachel’s extensive postgraduate training in Early Childhood Development (ECD) has been strengthened through her practical work experience as a practitioner in the field. She has 4 years of practical experience as an ECD practitioner and has 2 years of experience in managing ECD sites and up-skilling practitioners.
Rachel’s current focus at JET is Early Childhood Development (ECD), although her work as a researcher spans projects in JET's other thematic focus areas. As a researcher, she is involved in developing assessments, conducting interviews and focus group discussions, writing up methodology, and performing data analysis, among other activities.
